Research Use Only Agreement

Every order from Onyx Research is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Read this agreement carefully — placing an order means you accept it in full.

1. Intended use

All products are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Not for human or veterinary use

Products are not for human or veterinary consumption and must not be administered to humans or animals. They must not be used in food, drugs, cosmetics, or diagnostic procedures.

3. Qualified researcher

You confirm that you are a qualified researcher or institution, that you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes, and that you have the training, facilities, and authorization required to handle research chemicals safely and lawfully.

4. Responsibility

You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional safety guidelines. You agree to comply with all import, export, and local regulations that apply to your purchase and use.

5. No resale for prohibited use

You agree not to resell, relabel, or distribute products for any use prohibited by this agreement or by applicable law.

Acknowledgement

Placing an order constitutes your acceptance of this Research Use Only Agreement. If you do not agree to every clause above, do not purchase or use these products.
